Did not recall that participation in the points program was $25 at renewal. Thought it was no cost - that securing my contact info was your benefit; $ savings on product my benefit.

I'm not sure I got double credit for my Bird Bucks coupon, as I thought the postcard said I would. But I could be wrong about the offer, or about interpreting the register receipt.

Most of our past purchases was at the Paramus location however those purchases could not be reviewed for toady's purchase and I had to guess what products were purchased before.

The young female salesperson seemed disinterested in what I was in for. Did not come toward where i was looking over the merchandise. At checkout 5 items lay on the counter and she asked if I wanted a bag. Yes, Ireplied .One bag was full and I had to hand carry a 5 lb bag out by hand.
