Wild Birds Unlimited

I was astonished, and highly appreciative of the delivery of my order. It arrived late in the day on New Years Eve. It was left in a safe place on my front doorstep, and I also received a voice message alerting me to the delivery! This is nothing short of outstanding customer service! With respect to the survey selections, I haven't had an opportunity to open and assemble the system yet, which is the only reason why I marked these answers as neither satisfied nor unsatisfied.

I received expert advice about where to place a squirrel baffle for a problem I was having. We looked at a picture of my current set up, and it turned out that I had the necessary equipment already. I totally appreciate the advice I received. I purchased a safflower feed block which I didn't necessarily need but the display reminded me that I did in fact have a safflower feeder at home. This is an attractive, clean and knowledgeable store! I've shopped there for years and will continue to do so!

The store was clean with the availability of a mask if I had come without one. The staff person stayed distanced while asking me if she could assist me with my purchase. There was no one else in the store so I could move freely to find my purchases. Help was given to get my items out to the car.

Perfect place to shop for birding enthusiasts. They have everything, and Rich is always so knowledgeable and courteous. The store is perfectly organized and clean. Always an uplifting experience.

The Scotch Plains store is not my closest Wild Birds Unlimited but I truly appreciate the staff, their knowledge, reliable service and kindness. I enjoy going in person but when I can't I know my online order will be handled wonderfully.

As always the order was complete and delivered very quickly. The merchandise was of very high quality.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I like how the store is set up and stocked. I really like the quality of the seed and birdhouses. It is more $$ but the birds seem to like the product better.

They knew what products to buy and suggested what bird feeders to use etc
