The saleswomen was very knowledgeable and friendly and even carried the 20 pound package of feed into my car. (I am a senior citizen).

Squirrels broke a glass cup that hangs from my feeder. Rich replaced it at no charge. He noticed my bird bucks membership had expired, so we renewed it before buying a bag of bark butter bits. And I got a nice bark butter feeder as a renewal thank-you.

Great store

The staff answers all questions and makes suggestions on seed, feeders, and other products. The day I was there, several others were in the store too, but everyone was helped in a timely manner.

The young sales lady answered all of my questions and was very pleasant giving me suggestions.

Rich always has solutions to my bird feeding challenges. The store is very nice to offer gifts to renew membership, for birthdays and Christmas. These gifts are helpful to introduce me to something new (such as shelled peanuts for bluejays) that I might otherwise have not tried.

Store people knowledgeable about products. Very helpful over phone. Delivery prompt and convenient. Shop is a friendly place to visit, too. Always something interesting to see there.

The store is very efficiently run and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable. I always appreciate staff members offering to bring my purchases to my car and place them in the car.

Needed help with picking out a gift to be shippwd out to Mo. As always they were very helpful and staff is always friendly.
