The rep in the store was very informative and answered all of our questions. The rep also showed us how the item worked and let us know about the warranty. In addition the store sell quality items as well as looking great.

The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Though I didn't have any questions, I overheard them very patiently explaining the different details of the feeders to a couple over from me. The store is beautiful on the inside, and I appreciate them making hand sanitizer and masks readily available. I wish there were some more budget-friendly options for feeders, but I was able to make a purchase I was satisfied with. Overall, great shopping experience.
