I was introduced to dried meal worms which disappeared quickly when I put it out.

I bought online. Rich called me and double checked what I wanted. Then his associate, who had a talk in Summit that afternoon, delivered the order to my house that day :-)

It was our first visit there & were greeted as we walked in. And happy that the staff was attentive when we were looking around to point out products to us. Definitely will be going back.

I have been shopping at this location for years … I don't know when it opened but I have shopped there for a long time. I bought seed at another store one time because I was shopping there and saw it and thought I would be able to use this. However, I haven't purchased seed anywhere else and always go back to your store. I live in Scotch Plains and it is an easy location for me.

The staff is always friendly in greeting and working with me, even helping carry items out of the store to my vehicle. They also patiently allow me to show off my latest pictures and videos of our local wildlife. The store is always well stocked and organized. On this visit the store manager was advising another customer who wanted to set up birdhouses on her property, always an excellent choice. I was promptly and cheerfully assisted by another employee.

I love my WBU store. Everyone there is so nice and remembers me. The product is a very high quality. The store always has some new item to try.

We live near the Watchung Reservation and thought it would be fun to put up some bird feeders and eventually some houses in our back yard. We went in to the store on route 22 with limited knowledge, but learned a lot and got set up with a basic feeder arrangement. The staff were very helpful throughout the entire process. We will definitely be back soon.
