Everyone on the staff has always been very helpful and engaging. The products re top-notch. The store is calming and inviting. The store has all of the birding supplies I need, or the folks there can tell me where else to look.

I love the Saturday morning presentations - always informative and interesting. I love that there is always new and interesting merchandise. The staff always seem to go above and beyond in their assistance to their customers. the staff is knowledgeable, kind and friendly.

They have such varied and interesting talks at the store. I love attending them and learn so much each time. Love the interesting diverse nature topics. Really adds to the experience of the store and to my knowledge.

Pete the salesman knows and shares his knowledge. .Many products to chose from.‘ Sadly the bird feeder is not built properly and the seeds fall off the tray ..Had to rebuild the sides of the tray.$50.00+ is way too much to pay for this defective item. Irma Gahan
