I like the owner he is a very good man. I am a very good customer I buy a lot of merchandise and he affords me the very best discounts he can. Your seed is substantially more expensive than I can acquire it online and you need to address this soon. The volume buyers like myself are going to leave if you don't figure out how to address our volume needs at a much more competitive price point. I find the staff to be very helpful and courteous. I can only get there on Saturday late mornings which at times conflicts with events that are happening in the store and makes browsing difficult at best. However I always look forward to my time there. If I were to suggest anything in your sales approach it would be to engage customers more in their bird feeding hobby. In other words ask them about what kind of birds they are feeding, are they having problems with squirrels or are they trying to attract a specific kind of bird? I believe those types of off the cuff discussions would bring more business.
