I enjoy the fact that the store is entirely "bird" related and not a pet store that might or might not have a variety of bird food. The store is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I wish more of the events you have were on different nights as opposed to Saturday mornings which are impossible for me.

Pete and Rich are always very helpful. They go out of their way to answer my questions and help me learn more about birds and bird-feeding as a hobby.

The salespeople are very patient and knowledgeable. They are always volunteering assistance taking the 20 lb bags to the car. Also the store always has new and unique household gifts.

The staff are always happy and friendly, remembering us by name. They're ready to help load the items in our vehicle, and offer advice on the best foods for feeding birds for the time of year. We also have come to the presentations, which have been valuable in ensuring we take the correct steps to feed birds and also provide a good habitat. The only trouble is these talks are so popular it gets a little cramped in their store, which is not a bad thing!
