I love coming here. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful wherever needed. I know I am getting excellent products from WBU. My birds are like family. I want to give them the best. I also like shopping where they know your name.

I always enjoy visiting the store. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Every time I go to Wild Birds I learn something new. Staff is always helpful. For example when checking out they let me know what birds or juveniles to be on the look for at this time of year. There is also a brief written notice about local birds. Who is migrating at this time. Who has left the area. Since the new owners took over I go once a week just to check out what new merchandise or happenings are going on.

I asked a question and was given a good reply. I also saw a new item and was told to try it. I thought it was nice and purchased it.

I'm a newby to this whole experience. Jessica has been wonderful as was the gentleman who helped me on Friday. They have experience, patience and know just the right thing to sell me for the problems I've encountered (squirrels).

I love the quality and variety of the products. I feel confident I am feeding my birds the best food available. I enjoy shopping at this store because I always learn something new from the staff who are very helpful and well-informed.

We love feeding our birds and feel this store shares this love with us. They are always helpful and we learn so much from our conversations with them. An example is that I mentioned we saw robins on our lawn and thought they were migrating. The manager let me know they migrate from the forest behind me. Was I surprised. There are always seminars and visits by interesting people available also. It is a great place to visit as well as shop.

I found the food that I needed for my suet feeder. I also found the bird that I was looking for in the store. Checkout is always easy there.
