Closing store at 4PM indicates your convenience more important than mine Traditional business hours are until 5PM or later. When a competitor opens with better hours I will go there.

I wish this store was open past 4 pm at least one week night. I live far away but I work nearby so I pass the store every night on my way home but I don’t get out until 5 pm like most people. It is inconvenient to drive all this way on the weekends. I would definitely purchase more frequently if this store was open until 6 at least once a week

I missed the sale.

I am aware that a consumer only gets what one pays for, and I know that the product quality is very high here, but I always am left wondering how, with my WBU membership, the 15% off, and with my purchase made during the October bird food 'sale' I always end up paying more than I think I am going to pay. Withone aware that I can buy bird food much cheaper elsewhere, I always wonder if I am spemnding my money wisely. I wish that you had a bird heater for sale...

Two items I needed were not in stock. Otherwise the experience was excellent.

Price is much higher than expected.
