We arrived at the store at 5:01. They were closing and the door was locked. But they saw us coming, unlocked the door, loaded two 20 lb bags of bird seed in our car and checked us out. Exceptional service.

I like the frequent seed discounts. The staff are expert birders and have answered all my questions in the past. The newsletter is tops.

I wanted new parts for my pole system and the clerk helped me find it

For this visit I bought a bluebird feeder. We have bluebird boxes in the fields, but I have never had a bluebird come to our bird feeder. I was impressed with the knowledge of the sales woman and her helpfulness and the helpfulness of the other sales people in the store.

Easy to stop in and pick up seed

The staff is always super knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy or overbearing. They can answer any questions I have and make practical varied suggestions for solutions. I also love the club points program as well.
