Oh wait, I think I didn't read the last question right. I am HIGHLY UNLIKELY to return what I bought. And the real question here: They were sold out of what I wanted--the goldfinches are very hungry--but they remembered that a bag of it (big, which I wanted, Sunflower Chips) came with a hole in it and they had put it in the back. They put tape over the hole and I carried it off, very happy.

I love the selection of merchandise at the store. It’s nicely displayed. The staff is happy to help with heavy bags, etc. My only complaint is the price of the seed. I know it’s high quality, but living on Social Security, it takes a big bite (or peck) out of my monthly allowance.

Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly. It’s easy to access my records to see my seed choices. They don’t pressure you, and respect your decision making process. My favorite store. And the quality of seed is excellent. I’ve been disappointed in Home Depot, Amazon, etc.

The staff is friendly and always asking if you need help carrying things to your vehicle.

You have such a wonderful selection of things that I've never seen anywhere else. I was amazed to learn from the cashier that there is no such thing as a homemade hummingbird house. I would have paid almost anything for one on the internet, so he saved me a lot of money. Some of your items are more expensive than other places, but I have NO DOUBT that your merchandise is a MUCH BETTER QUALITY. So please keep it that way.

As always, the staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. They carried the bags of seed to the car for me, and made sure I got the right bird seed for the birds I wanted to attract. Great customer service!
