I am always greeted by name when I enter the store. The staff always ask if I have any concerns, have seen any new or different birds and am I looking for anything special. My items are always carried to my car and loaded for me. Finally they always tell me to have a good day - very friendly and welcoming!!!

I was dissatisfied with my local franchise and decided to try another one that was slightly farther away. I'm so I did! The people were very welcoming and helpful. The store inventory was excellent and so was their service. Much nicer than the other store. I will be a return customer! Plus they included a gift in my first online order. Sweet!

Richard and Nick always go out of their way to help us with orders, repair our older feeders, talk about bird viewing trends, and supply us with free “thank you” gifts to try new products. We love shopping here!
