I needed an extension for my pole feeder; they had one and it works.

Everyone is very pleasant and willing to help you. If you forget what you have purchased in the past, if you are a member, your order can be referenced. Great selection of bird related items.

The seed is fresh with no fillers. Lot’s of very fun gift items or treat for me :)

The staff is very educated on helping me pick out what seeds to purchase to attract the birds and not be redundant, same with feeders, etc. They take the time to explain why they recommend certain products.

The staff at the Hopkins Cross Rd are very helpful and always ready to assist customers

People working there were very nice and eagerly talked about birds we all had seen. The seeds are of high quality and the reeders and stand that they sold me years ago are still happily feeding birds. And from time to it they give me a small bag of bonus seeds to try.

Always friendly and helpful staff. Almost always have in stock what I need. If not will take my name and let me know when back in stock.

I was able to go in, know what I wanted and leave! There was a bit of a holdup at the register ( someone had a LOT of stuff to buy!), but, I was in no hurry anyway. The employee gave me ( and others who were in line) a bag of bird seed and an apology, which was very nice. Everyone there is just so friendly and knowledgeable!

Staff was great- got the cases I was looking for and helped me carry out my seed. Very friendly and efficient.
