The staff had ordered red hummingbird feeder domes, and they said they would tell us when it came in, which they did--we sure appreciated them remembering to call. We live a couple hours away, but they had no problem in holding it for us until we could come in. That was so awesome. We love the suets, safflower and Supreme seed bags, as well as the gift items. Wild Birds Unlimited carries everything we could want for our feathered friends that visit every day.

Very pleasant salesperson. Made me feel welcome and exchanged nice pleasantries. I new exactly what I wanted when I entered so we did discuss the product but not on a "sales" basis.
