I have found that the staff at WBU are very knowledgeable and friendly. They are always able to answer my questions and usually have a personal story to share about their own birding experience which I appreciate.

I am always pleased with the knowledge the worker’s have about birds. I went in because the blackbirds had taken over my feeders and they told me to get safflower seed and that solved the problem! I always have a great experience going to this store!

The store was clean and welcoming! Full of beautiful bird feeders and seed! I was greeted and immediately pointed in the right direction by staff. They gave great recommendations.

I can get everything i need in one spot and there are less expensive high quality options than what i find online. Also the store is nicely laid out and very cute.
