Very knowledgeable staff and friendly. Had most of what I was looking for when entering the store.

I always am. The staff have great customer service, are kind and knowledgeable. I love the the quality and diverse things one can buy related to backyard birding.

I came in and asked for 2 pounds sunflower chips. In the past I was given 2 1# bags. This time the woman helping me asked if I would like them all in one bag. I've never had this option before and this was so much easier. She told me I can always ask for this. I was pleased with the suggestion. The staff is always friendly and takes time to answer questions. I never feel rushed. I'd recommend this store except I don't really have anyone who has bird feeders.

The employee I spoke with was incredibly knowledgeable about the best seed options for the tray feeder I have and provided information to help me determine what kind of pole feeder setup would be best for me/my location.

All the product I want is there at competitive prices. There's always something new and different too! Staff is highly knowledgeable and friendly.
