I help a 90 year old lady on Fridays and the squirrels had done a real number on her feeder. Lots of parts of it had to be replaced which were done for free. We were both surprised and happy about that. While the fella was working on her feeder I was looking around the store. I spotted a clear house shaped feeder with suction cups I thought would work out perfect for the patio door at my new apt. I purchased the feeder and was given a free pound of sunflower chips to put in it. Susan told me it might take a while for the birds to find the feeder. They found it after being up only one day. I am thrilled. I am loving watching the birds just like my Mom did. As a matter of fact if she were still alive she would be 103 today. My whole experience at Wild Birds was great. I will be back again soon.

I ordered birdseed on sale and you "stored" it for me. I called 24 hours in advance and then stopped by to pick it up the next day. It was sitting inside the door with my name attached. Very efficient. Very helpful to me. A really nice system.
