This was just a routine purchase. I went in, bought corn, and left.

I miss being able to buy in bulk and store it at the store. The membership cost is not a value. Would buy more if items were just discounted and no two tier prices.

There was a line to checkout and it was not moving. Not sure why. It was slightly annoying, but at the end of the day the people in line had a nice talk about orioles and climate change. A second register/checkout station might be in order, though.

Thats just the way I answer surveys, no one is perfect

Pricing makes no sense. Why would 5 pounds of golden safflower seed cost about $20 when 20 pounds costs about $42. Not acceptable

The two salespeople were new and didn’t know what I was looking for.

Store hours and closed some days.

Store was out of 20# bags of Choice Blend. I wanted to purchase 4 bags. They cobbled together the equivalent of 2 bags using 10# and gallon jug substitutes. Not very convenient and it prevented my from taking full advantage of the current coupon promotion. Odd to be completely out of one of the seed categories on a Saturday morning in November.

Think process are a little high but best bird seed in town
