I wanted to do a curbside pickup.Called to place order. Had to leave voicemail. Didn’t hear back from salesperson until a couple days later. In the meantime I went into store instead. It all worked out though. Not a huge inconvenience.

When I placed the order over the phone I was asked to knock on the door "just once" when I arrived. I made a joke about not standing there and pounding on the door. I then got a little "rant" about not repeatedly knocking on the door-"We can see you. We may be busy" And I was told not to sit in my car and repeatedly call. They are busy. I felt shamed and lectured to. First time that has happened. On the day of pick up I called with a question about another product before I picked up my order. Chris very helpful and pleasant. And then he was the person who brought my curbside order out. Again, very pleasant and helpful.

The suet plugs disintegrate easily, Too easily . They just fall apart when putting them into the feeder. The previous kind you had was much better.

came in to specifically exchange some merchandise that my husband had bought for a gift and was told could be exchanged for something similar in about a month.... what I had planned to exchange it for was not available and was told that it would most likely not be available for this season. Inititally, I was waited on by a young man who seemed in a big hurry to be done waiting on us. Later on, a knowledgeable older woman waited on me...

Salesclerk never thanked us for our purchase. Did not have replacement part for bird feeding system we have.

woman in store (not the friendly one who always smiles) was quite rude and unfriendly

Item I purchased was a returned item which had a broken part so I had to return to the store for an exchange.

The hardware that came with the bird bath was not appropriate for it. Could have designed a better way to attach the bird bath to the deck railing.
