Staff is always helpful. Unfortunately there were no live worms available and no indication of when they will be back in the story. My birds are not happy!

Valerie, Leesa & Co. ALWAYS make me smile! Anyways, I originally intended to buy 3 bags of No Mess, and 2 seed cylinders. Nick greeted me, and asked how I was doing, and I told him that the birds around my place seem to have forgotten how to eat suet. He suggested that with the weather heating up, the birds probably don’t need the extra energy they would get from the suet, and that leaving the suet cylinders I bought from my previous visit alone would be a better move on my part, rather than putting $17 into the two seed cylinders I had in my basket. I appreciate that kind of honesty, and forthrightness. I ended up buying a couple other things I needed, anyway, instead of the two seed cylinders I was going to buy along with my seed. I never feel pressured while shopping at WBU YB, and always feel welcome, because the staff makes me feel welcome.

They have a wide selection of bird seed, suet, etc. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I can ask questions and they provide great advice.
