Only reason I said I had a problem was that the mealworms I wanted were not available (had a coupon). However, the lady who helped us offered alternatives, and I chose the one best for me. I love that heavy bags of seed are put into my vehicle, and everyone is always kind and helpful. Thankyou!

The staff is very knowledgeable about the product they sale. The service is friendly... they always ask if you have questions or need help. They take time to listen to you concerns and help with whatever you need. The atmosphere is always friendly and upbeat... It has a relaxing feel to the outside and makes you feel like you should stay all day to bird watch.

Because you guys are providing a great service to our wildlife. We feed our wild birds feeding their babies & our precious fence lizards with the mealworms! Um, for humans it's the Abdullah Salted Carmels!

There is a rep named Nick H who has been phenomenal in quickly educating me on bluebird nesting. Because of him I have fledge five and now have four eggs. He has recommended products that have served me well. I’m now a member and go by every two weeks for my mealworms. Please recognize Nick H at the Yorba linda store. He is awesome.
