I always get the best service from my WBU store. The staff are great, very knowledgeable, and eager to help if I have a question. When I purchase seed I know it's fresh and a good value. Great seeing good friends I've made along the way too. I will always brag on my WBU in Yorba Linda, and the owner Valerie is the best!

The store was very busy but there was plenty of staff. I waited in a short line to check out, but that wasn't a problem. After paying the cashier, a nice young man carried my bird seed to my car and loaded it for me. They are very polite and efficient. I actually look forward to a trip to Wild Birds.

I can generally get what my avian and squirrel friends need and it is delivered promptly.

Wild Birds is a wonderful place. I am always happy to visit and buy. The people are kind and helpful and the store is ful of interesting and charming things to purchase.

Was given options on setting up a new feeder and which food would b best now for which birds. Everything was taken to my car , as usual!

The manager and staff are always very courteous, cordial, and competent.
