Order was ready on time and was just as ordered.

I made a mistake on the online ordering and called the store and they were able to fix it right away. They had a question about the address for delivery, they called me and we had that settled right away. Very nice staff.

The Yorba Linda staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. This year we have babies in the nesting box and staff clarified that I needed to get live mealworms to mix with the dried. Thx for helping to raise healthy bluebirds😃

I didn’t know I had to call or make an order online, so I did it in person. They were very accommodating.

I was actually in the parking lot looking what I needed to do. I started to leave as I had not phoned in an order. One of you staff calked out and stopped me to see if they could help. I told them what I needed and they happily got it for me.

My satisfaction is a direct result of the woman Patty that helped me with my order and loaded it into my vehicle. She is so sweet. I look forward to my next visit!
