When I returned form picking up the bird seed I told my wife that all businesses should follow the method that WBU Yorba Linda uses. Pulled in, gave the attendant in the parking lot my name, opened the trunk and everything was taken care of. As I sat in the car waiting for the seed to be loaded I watch customer come to the barrier at the shop door, the the sales perrson what they were interested and the crew would bring out a selection for them to look over. All Great!
