I drove in to lot and parked. A super helpful saleslady came to my car and asked how she could help me. I showed her ehat i wanted snd she was off to get it. Minutes later she brought my purchase and i was on my way. So easy. So efficient. And your help is so friendly. I love shopping there

We love the Birds Unlimited staff at the Yorba Linda Store. All highly knowledgeable. We have ordered online and by phone for a curbside pick up always never waiting but a few minutes for our order.

The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I was able to order from my car and my items were placed in my car for me. Great service!

The employee's are always very nice and a lot of knowledge of what they sell. They are always willingly to help me with questions I may have. I really appreciate how they take my bird seed order to my car so I don't have to carry it. I miss going inside the store during this pandemic as I often go there to buy gifts for friends and family and of course I find a lot of things I enjoy purchasing for myself. I really enjoy our Wild Birds Unlimited love walking around inside looking around at all the nice merchandise they sell. Always top best bird food Oh and not forget purchasing the nuts for our squirrels.

I called and was told the items need were available and the I asked for delivery by someone who lives in my area. The person delivered the items to my door and knocked to let me know someone was at the door. I went out as they were driving away in a White van. Items were on my porch.
