I am a long time customer and order the same thing often. The store remembered my order when I accidentally ordered the wrong item and was able to replace it easily with what I needed. I am so grateful that they remembered me, and they were able to help me bypass a difficult time in returning and ordering a replacement. I also received a note thanking me for being a customer, when let's me honest the store, employees, and the owner deserve all the thanks for being there for me always, but especially when I made a mistake. The owner also went way above and beyond and gifted us an amazing bird puzzle set for my 1 year old, and he is obsessed with it. I am always highly satisfied when I go to or order from this store, and it's because everyone here is truly extraordinary and more like family than friends!

Great knowledge and customer service

Staff is very knowledgeable of the store's inventory and asked questions to help me better select the products I needed. Staff carried a heavy bag of bird seed to my car trunk.

The employees are so accommodating. I didn’t place an order ahead of time (I said by phone on the survey because I had to choose one). I showed up with a list and some questions. I got answers and my merchandise in record time. You all are the best!
