Valerie has reorganized the store to meet the needs and benefit both customers and her staff. She is still available to answer questions from customers. I can’t thank her enough for all she has done to provide for the needs of our birds and customers.

I came twice in the last 2 weeks. Once was on a Wed and I did not realized you are closed on Weds. But someone was there and said she would be happy to help me get some meal worms. Such nice service and attitude. Love your store!

Making online ordering and curb-side pick up is great!

We were greeted with very friendly lady which we told about our brother passing and she added a simple sympathy card. SO SWEET OF HER. We love the butterfly bubble wind chime which will always remind us of our brother.

I called when the store was closed, although I didn't know it. Despite that, Valerie took my order, assured me it was no problem and that I could pick it up in 30 minutes! Fantastic service - she really went out of her way. Thanks Valerie!

Everything I ordered was in stock. All the employees have been vewry helpful. Miss going into the store to check out the items that are not on the website. Hope you can open the store soon with limited people. Thank you for your service!

This is my favorite bird store. The staff and owner are the greatest. They are knowledgeable about the items they sell and answer questions about birds easily. They have the cutest bird store in town.
