Friendly and helpful staff know me by name, always welcoming. Lots of attractive items in store other than basic bird feeders and seed.

I called in yesterday to place an order as I was not successful trying to do it on the computer. Staff was very helpful and said I should receive it on Saturday and much to my surprise and delight the order was dropped off on Friday evening. My birds, squirrels, ducks and myself were extremely happy.
