I was a little at sea trying to find a place to start and a staff member approached me to offer his help. He gave me a lot of great information about my options and I felt so much better. I made a “starter” purchase to try out bird feeding and I’ll definitely be back again once I see how it goes.

We always live talking to Lisa and other staff members and enjoy learning from them. Only complaint is the prices are high otherwise we love your store and staff

The employees were very friendly. They offered to help me find what I need. They told me about the special sales they were having. I liked the variety of merchandise.

Your staff is the friendliness of friendly! They know my name and my husband's name whenever we stop by. They insist on taking out all of our 20 pound bags of bird food. And I loved the Christmas card that they sent. It's still hanging up on my refrigerature. And if I have questions on what to feed certain birds in our backyard, they always have an answer. I wouldn't buy my bird food or feeders or fun little bird statues or hedgehogs any place else. Thank you for being an amazing store! pam bookout
