We have come to know the staff and enjoy our outings there. We can always find help whether it is advice regarding a product or just information about our birds sighted. It's nice to come in and be recognized by name. We have never left without everything we wanted to purchase.

I always get great service. Everyone is very helpful and they have great knowledge of products.

The checkout assistant was terrific and very helpful. I was purchasing a small bag of seed but she let me know the bigger bag was a much better deal, but wasn't pushy at all. I appreciated the help.
