As a customer since their original opening I have found the owner and staff very friendly and helpful. Questions about feed appropriate for different species of birds are always answered thoroughly. It is just fun to go there.

I love this store. It is so fun to look around and the sales help is excellent.

First Val and the other Staff remember who their customers are by name. They have the best bird food for out area and my backyard birds just love it. So do the squirrels too. Not only do they have great bird food, they also have unique gifts as well as yard art and birdbaths. They are also very knowledgeable about the birds in the area and frequently have little seminars regarding them. I am so happy they are close to my house as I go there a lot. They have seen my grandchildren grow up from babies to now school age and remember their names too. 5 Stars!!

Staff is friendly and it's a peaceful store to visit. Many other merchandise to purchase beyond bird seed.

friendly staff, very informed, and knowedgeable clean and well stocked store, always helpful and willing to explain how to care for birds.

I started coming to this store many years ago to just buy bird seed but I stay for the gifts also! The quality & freshness was so superior to any you can get elsewhere. The staff is very helpful, bringing the heavy seed bags to your car. The service is excellent. They also have a GREAT selection of gift items. I do a lot of my birthday & Christmas shopping there.

I had ordered the Hot Pepper No-Melt Suet Cylinder, but received a different kind of hot pepper food. I'll use it, so no worries there. I'll go to the store to get the no-melt suet as my blue birds really love that one.
