ALOT TO CHOOSE FROM AND A FRIENDLY STAFF

It was the grand reopening and we were not greeted when we walked in. Lisa who we have known previously greeted us as we paid for our items. We were disappointed that since it was a grand reopening, we felt kind of ignored and not invited to see anything or know what to do there.

I dont give out perfect scores or “Highly Satisfied” scores. Nothing is perfect. I love the store and products. Prices are real high to me buy the quality of what I get mostly makes up for the high prices

Because the bird baths were not varied enough in size.

Need to add more garden flag selections. Also low on finch bird feeders. Variety of large door mats that fit into the large rubber mat, not much to chose from.

It was so overwhelming ominous in there.

I loved how the owner toured me around the store! I will be back for a bird house. Susan and Maryann Rigby,my neighbors, recommended this store!

The prices are high based on my needs.

High prices of items are starting to become a strain on my hobby and may not be able to sustain the high prices for too much longer.

The problem is with the pricing. It is just way too high. I was considering buying a small metal bird feeder until I was notified it was over $40. I could find a very similar item on Amazon (or even TJ Maxx, Ross) for much, much less. Everyone is welcoming and friendly, I do appreciate this. I feel our purchases will be limited to bird and squirrel food at this time. I'm not sure, however, how long we will continue to invest in the high cost of these items. We signed up for the club that is offered but it doesn't have a big savings impact. We are seeking alternative places to purchase food. We want to support Wild Birds Unlimited but we must also ensure we are getting the best possible deal.
