Like everywhere else these days , the prices have gone up tremendously. I know this cannot be remedied, but it’s still disappointing to pay so much more for the same items I’ve purchased in the not so distant past.

Products are expensive making it difficult to afford this hobby on a regular basis. New owners rarely if ever send out coupons or lower prices to make it more affordable.

The staff has always been very friendly and knowledgeable.

Product quality is very good. Prices have gone up since new owners have started. I usually buy 20lb bags of no mess chips among other things. Close to 50 dollars a bag is at my limit for sure. I found a place that has the same thing and I save quite a bit of money. Ive always tried to support local small business and I do. As long as I dont feel Im being overcharged (ripped off). Or not appreciated.

Bird house that we needed was damaged and the only one. Likely due to covid and delivery shortages.

I had to wait for employee to serve me. There were several employees in & out if the store but I actually stood at counter until someone offered to help me. Usually they come & ask if you need help.

Not your fault but prices have gone up and I'm on a fixed income so need to be very careful with spending

I think there needs to be an on floor employee to greet customers and a counter employee for sales.
