I knew what I wanted, came in and requested items. While bags of seeds were being brought out I looked around a bit and spoke with personnel. All friendly and helpful but nothing I did not expect. Great little Wild Birds Unlimited store and staff are always FRIENDLY and HELPFUL. To be "Highly Satisfied" I suppose I would need to have all FREE merchandise which seems unlikely as they would soon be out of business. I would hate to not have them here...

It was through no fault of the staff at Wild Birds. The pandemic has created a back log of issues. Hot pepper oil has been out of stock for some time.

Well I have always loved the Christian merchandise which there doesn’t seem to me as much. I feel inventory is low overall. You no longer have upstairs to shop😢. I have always loved going as I seem to find good unique special gifts and love your sales! More merchandis!

Not enough specialty large flags to select from...I was looking for a Wine flag...I was told merchandise coming into your store is rather slow right now per the pandemic.

Repeated costumer for years. This is my first visit since the lockdown, therefore was glad to see the old friends doing well. While on lockdown was having merchandise delivered.
