I don't really have anything to say. The difference between Highly and satisfied is close yet there is distinction.

I ordered suet cylinders(2) and it replaced with suet cakes. I wasn’t aware of the error until I got home. I phoned and it was discovered there were no suet cylinders. I don’t think a substitution should have been made.
