Because Highly-Satisfied is exceptional above-and-beyond service. This is rare simply by opportunity. The service was entirely satisfactory and my "satisfied" answers reflect that. If I answer "highly-satisfied" for everything, then by definition this is not a very useful survey. It would help if you would define what you intend "highly satisfied" and "satisfied" to mean. To be honest, I'm tempted to not submit this survey because these surveys like this feel like "marketing weaponizing" to either intimidate the employees or to beat up on competitors. In summary, I'm not liking this survey because of the extra work to "nuance" highly satisfied and satisfied; I frankly don't want to make the effort because it's not useful. I would suggest that you modify the survey to drop "highly satisfied" (and highly dissatisfied as well) and instead provide an inbox in which outstanding service can be described at the discretion of the survey taker.

The staff at Yorba Linda WBU are wonderful! The only reason I wasn't highly satisfied was that there were a couple of items I wanted that weren't available to order online so I just picked them up when I got to the store. I've been a customer of this store for over 20 years. WBU products are great and as I mentioned, the staff at YL are terrific!

There was no one outside when I arrived and when I called to say I had arrived it took quite awhile for someone to come out

could not go into store because of Corona virus. so sad. the gov of california is a dictator. i am so sad for the business. the consumer should be able to decide if they want to go into a business, not the government.

The price of bird seed up 25% over last time. I am not part of club. I buy 20 pounds of bird seed every three months. Significantly less if buy else where. I do want to support store.

Love the close location. Very friendly staff. Always someone to ask questions about the wildlife in the backyard.

My biggest dissatisfaction is the state of the outside appearance of this store. It could be something Wonderful. I would recommend to friends but it’s starting to look like an eye sore. Things are not displayed so that you can appreciate the merchandise mostly outside. I know it’s small inside and not bad there. That being said, I hope something can be done to attract customers to this store. I love shopping here for my cute yard decorations and bird feed.

Did not have a hot pepper worm cylinder. Tis the season of Blue birds coming in yard to check things out and I wanted a hot pepper worm cylinder, not a plain one.
