Nice products, prices are higher than always want to pay

Price tags were not on most of the products

Since I don’t live in the area, and only visit your store when I’m in the area, I was disappointed that there were no coupons or discounts available. I would normally buy 2 - 3 of the cylinders since I live farther away. When I asked about coupons I was told one had just expired and a new one wasnt available yet. It would have been nice to get some kind of a discount since I came from Costa Mesa.

Store seemed disorganized not tidy as in the past

so far no birds have come to feed

Only one item available. At home discovered product was defective, e.g. 3 string support was did not allow the solar cell “device” to be level. Thus product was defective. Not noticed at store. Store should have noticed this defect and either removed it from being sold or significant reduction in price. After spending a lot of time to repair, decided it wasn’t worth the time to return it to the store, since this product was the last one available. Lesson learned: Be very carefull buying from this store.

Price increase cost of bird seed is out of my bidget

When I received the delivery of my items the box itself was halfway open and falling apart. I'm surprised nothing had fallen out. More thought needs to be put into packing items so this doesn't happen again. I don't appreciate receiving items I ordered being delivered in a box that is falling apart!!
