2 of the 4 items were incorrect . we decided to keep them anyway but it was not what i originally ordered.

When I arrived, no one answered the phone. I had to leave my car to walk to a gentleman outside. I told him no one answered & he said they were all outside. Though he was very pleasant, it defeats the purpose of having curbside p/u if no one answers & you have to walk up.

When I returned to my computer there was a 10% discount not applied to my purchase that I qualified for. The discount should be applied when at the store. She brought up my account on the computer.

bought large bag of no mess seed. it seems like the composition of the feed is changed, my birds are throwing almost all of it on the ground and there is leftover. will need to ask in store what changed. Finally, the store is open and I can shop!
