the staff are always friendly and fun. i enjoy the merch, i love the decorative things. i really enjoyed the Birds of Prey show.

The staff are very informative, very knowledgeable with a different types of birds, which I am especially interested in. Very kind and welcoming. With all this being said, makes a customer feel very appreciated and the reasons I always love to come back and shop.

I always enjoy my visit to WBU because the people who work there are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They assist you by putting your purchase in your car trunk.

With few exceptions, (cute little metal ants) I typically purchase the same items with each visit, which is always available. I'm never concerned about the items I need being out of stock, though that's not to say that at some point it might happen. It's ok! I am super excited at checkout because I am ALWAYS told how much I've saved because of being a WBU Member. Being told I'm saving money while spending money is, oddly like music to my ears. With all of that said, the biggest reason I rate my experience as "Highly Satisfied" is because the associates are very knowledgeable (I come with questions) and super friendly. At this point, they feel like family to me. What's better than visiting family several times a month? :-)
