The owners and staff are welcoming and knowledgable. They always load my merchandise into my car.

I came into the store looking for specific bird food based on the wildlife in my area. I needed help/recommendations and upon speaking with a highly knowledgeable employee, I found exactly what I was looking for.

The lady with the long grey hair was so sweet, helpful and nice. She even gave us a history on the house.

The new owners have made the Yorba Linda Wild Birds Unlimited so much better than before. Before good place to go to pick up bird seed etc. Little messy outside and a tiny bit messy and uninteresting inside. Staff was helpful which is most important thing. NOW outside is inviting and attractive, inside is filled with necessary bird related items but now even much much more. Makes me want to roam the neatly arranged aisles and explore for those things I did not know I wanted or needed until I saw them! Staff is still helpful and very knowledgeable. Love the the welcoming staff, friendly service and now the actual store! Both Amy and her husband have made this a great place to come and shop.

I love to shop at WBU because of the staff's knowledge of feed and birds, the atmosphere is so welcoming and quaint, I love the layout of the store and the great gift ideas as well. I feel like I am on vacation when I shop at WBU and I know my bird friends are getting great quality bird seed and bird bark. I am a huge fan !!!

The store itself is adorable in an old house approx 100 years old. Plenty of parking and the grounds were decorated beautifully as was the outside of the house. The wide array of merchandise inside was displayed perfectly and the prices were easy to find. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Overall, the experience was delightful and I can't wait to shop there again!
