Loved the ambiance, the helpful knowledge of the staff, the way the store is set up makes me want to buy more than just the food. I enjoy walking around the store as well the outside to watch birds and squirrels.

Your store is neat clean organized, and interesting. all employees were very friendly and helpful, and if somebody didn’t know the answer, they found somebody who did. We like going to the store because of all of the above and Want to see you thrive.

Need to be more conscious of the prices of the goods. For example, dried meal worms are significantly less expensive at Home Depot.

As always, my store's staff is friendly and remembers me. Always ask how everything is going in my yard with my birds, squirrels and if there is anything extra they can help me with or I need to talk about.

Great customer service

I love going to Wild Birds Unlimited Yorba Linda. Quality products, good selection, but mainly because of the people! Friendly, knowledgeable and everyone is always very helpful and makes me feel welcome. On this trip I brought two friends who want to start attracting and feeding birds at their house. They had lots of questions and were looking for advice. The folks at Wild Birds Unlimited handled it all!

Staff is knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. I can always find what I need.
