I have been shopping at wild birds for years and I have always loved it there. Everyone in there, owners and all the employees are super friendly and helpful. Besides bird food, there are wonderful gifts for friends and myself too. I always buy things I don’t need but I have to have. My birds like them too.

I've been shopping at this WBU store for decades and the past two owners (current and Valerie) are really great owners. They keep the store well stocked, have lots of interesting, fun things to look at (and maybe buy ;-) ). The staff are great, very knowledgeable and very friendly. I always enjoy shopping at this store.

Everyone is so friendly, always ready and willing to help without making you feel pressured into buying products. The quality of the merchandise is amazing and the lifetime warranty is great. You can tell the staff loves what they do and it makes it more enjoyable to shop there. They also have cute things rotating in the store and so there is always something new to look out.

The staff was very attentive and friendly. They were happy to see me and helped to load my purchase in my car.

Everything I had in mind to purchase was there. One stop shopping. My purchase was diverse in nature but everything was available.

The staff's knowledge of birds is very helpful. They know when to expect certain birds in my yard and when they will move on. Also helping me to know each kind of birds nesting practices and what to offer birds that may nest around me.
