I have been a regular customer since moving to this area more than 10 years ago. Love the staff, especially Lisa and Derek, and find everything I meed from bird food, squirrel treats, gifts and household items. There is no other place like it.

I love Lesa’s knowledge! She is such an asset! Love how you all cater to songbirds by the season they arrive in our neighborhood. Keep it up!

I appreciate getting items delivered, since the nearest WBU to me here in Las Vegas is hours away. Used to shop the Riverside CA store but after I moved to Las Vegas found out they do not ship.

Lisa is an awesome person & so very helpful every time we come in. I have called the store a couple of times to get her help on a couple of issues I've had with our birds. She is a godsend and a great asset to WBU y.l. Now, I do think the company needs to send out coupons for its customers. You used to. The new owners just don't. Please rethink that. The prices are very high anyway and without coupons, it's going to send me to get birdfood somewhere else.
