I have been shopping here for at least 10 years. They’ve always been very friendly, accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable.

after seeing the pleasure watching/feeding wild birds my mother receives, i bought a bird feeder at a craft show. on the way home, i told my mother i'd like to stop in at "that bird store" in Yorba Linda. neat little store in such a sweet little old house. my saleswoman (the Jennifer Aniston look-alike) was funny and very helpful. she steered me on to the right bird food and was able to immediately identify a little bird i described to her. i bought the food and a little book on California birds. it took a few days, but i now have little finches coming to the feeder. YAY. although, when my dorky German Shepherd first noticed the birds thru the front window, he set off barking like a maniac at 6:30 am. after yelling at him from bed (good thing it was birds and not a marauding horde) he quit and has been accepting of them ever since. when i come back for more food, i plan on buying another feeder for my back yard. Thanks for the help.

Ordering on line is quick and easy. All of the items that I needed were in stock and available, delivery was quick, and after the cold and the rain my backyard birds were ready for a nice meal!

The staff was friendly and shared lots of helpful information about merchandise and how your system works. We had joined the club but didn't know exactly how it worked.

The staff is always super friendly and helpful. It was a quick in and out trip, they brought the product to the car for me. Always a positive experience.

The service was great, as I have come to expect based on my past experiences. The person with whom I spoke on the telephone told me that the bird feed I wanted was out of stock at the time of my call. She offered to ship a similar product, but told me that there was a chance that the feed I wanted might arrive in the next day's delivery to the store and suggested if I was willing to wait that she would send the product I wanted if it arrived or send the substitute if it did not. I decided to wait, and the item I wanted arrived. My order was filled and delivered the next day. I am very pleased, as are my local birds.

The staff is always so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I really enjoy shopping locally and the selection is more than plenty on items that I need.
