As I said in my Google review, I am brand new to bird feeding in my backyard and the owner took his time to explain the different kinds of bird seeds. My son and I felt taken care of and it was just a cool experience. I love supporting local businesses as much as I can.

Every time I go into the store the staff is friendly, answers all my questions, make good recommendations. The store is clean and organized. The is always new interesting merchandise to look at. Great sale items and interesting bird lectures.

Delivery was prompt and much easier than driving the 25 miles to the store.

I'm a novice birder with no bird feeding experience looking for a feeder set up, so I relied on advice from the sales person (Leesa??). She addressed all my questions and was very helpful. My answers to some of the other questions in this survey (e.g. quality and availability of merchandise) were neutral because I have no basis for an opinion due to my lack of experience anywhere else. As for potential recommendation to others, I know no one else who would be interested (who doesn't already have their own preferences, and this store is actually out of my area; I found it when looking for bins/advice previously (Jeff was great). As for when I might come back, I have no idea -- it will depend on how long the seed cylinder I got lasts.

I really like being in the store with all the colorful merchandise, the employees, and the other friendly shoppers. I love the videos that are always being shown. My questions are always answered to my satisfaction.

The lady who worked there was very nice and friendly, she told me how to watch live birds on YouTube.
