The staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I was very pleased with the variety and selection of merchandise. Shopping at the Yorba Linda store is always fun and a pleasure. I've introduced the store to some of my friends visiting from out of town and they love the store as much as I dol!

I’ve been shopping at your Yorba Linda store for 15 years now, and, while there IS a closer store for me to drive to, my loyalty to your Yorba Linda store is undying. The staff, through all the changes, has been good to me, and that’s why I’m willing to drive all the way from Garden Grove, CA, to Yorba Linda, CA(which isn’t exactly around the corner). Loyalty.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They enjoy talking with their customers and it's fun to learn about all the birds nearby and in neighboring areas. The food is high quality, they sell fun treats, and our wild birds are healthy and thankful!

The folks that work here are always extremely helpful and friendly. I needed an umbrella for a hummingbird but couldn't find near the hummingbird section. An employee saw me and asked if he could help and I told him what I wanted and within a minute, I was checking out. Pretty for a last-minute Christmas Eve day shopping experience.

I LOVE WBU!!! I usually go there to shop for gifts, but end up with items for me. Items can be a bit pricey, but the selection of items and the atmosphere are worth it. The friendliness of the staff also makes it all worthwhile. Keep up the great work, WBU! You are my "serenity now!" spot!

Friendly efficient staff, love the setting of the house, trees and numerous bird feeders around the house. Nice to sit in the car and watch the birds before going in to the store. It's very calming and a wonderful way to decompress in our overly busy society.
