I came in because I had purchased a hummingbird feeder that I could not open to clean and refill. I don't recall her name but a wonderful woman who has been there for many years took time to soak the feeder and open it, and explained to me what was happening with the sugar water that makes the lid stick to the jar. I had struggled with the darn thing and home and was ready to throw it away, but I brought it into the store for help and was super happy with the excellent service. So happy I spent another $75 on stuff I didn't need, ha ha.
