I enjoy looking at the fun merchandise and 'window' shopping. Some prices are too out of my budget range but browsing is enjoyable and it's easy to find the items I come in for. The staff is helpful and friendly, and I like the discounts I can look forward to as a member. I enjoy the hominess of the store and the types of merchandise offered.

I've been shopping with WBU for several years. The knowledgeable staff at the Yorba Linda store have always been helpful with anything I need. The quality of the seed and the feeders is terrific. The only thing I'm really disappointed about is the discontinuation of the Dinner Bell meal worm feeder. That was the best feeder for meal worms and the replacement product (from a different manufacturer) has several design flaws.

I love this store! I appreciate the quality of the merchandise but what keeps me coming back over and over is the staff. Always very friendly and very helpful. I learn something everytime I go into the store! I can't say enough about the people who work there.

The staff is always friendly. And they have just unique gift items too. I'm a bird neophyte and when I ask questions they never make me feel bad about any questions I ask. I also feel the items a good quality at a reasonable price.
