The clerk is very knowledgeable about product. They stock a product that I have only found in Kansas… I know “we’re not in Kansas anymore, Dorothy.” At any rate, the helper was able to explain the products line and answer questions about a competitive brand in the store. It gives customer confidence in being satisfied with a purchase. They are great folks in the East Broad, Columbus shop. Always helpful, and it’s a joy to spend cash in a store that values its patrons!

The customer service is always exceptional! The selections are fully stocked and store is always clean. Wild Birds is the only place I purchase my bird seed and supplies. It’s also the only place I recommend to my family and friends!

Larry and Julie, and their staff are always friendly, and Larry and Julie greet me by name. I like that they carry stuff out to my car - usually I am lucky and get a spot near the store, but lugging a bag of seed and sometimes cylinders as well is not fun, so the carry to car is much appreciated.
